Thank you for choosing THE PADDED HIKE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we have outlined our return policy below.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at customersatisfaction@thepaddedhike.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a return shipping label, if applicable.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item(s) are defective or damaged.
EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please email our customer service team at customersatisfaction@thepaddedhike.com, with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the new size or color you would like. Our team will then provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item(s) and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the desired size or color will be in stock at the time of the exchange, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item(s) arrive defective or damaged, please email our customer service team at customersatisfaction@thepaddedhike.com, within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos of the defective or damaged item(s) attached. Our team will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a return shipping label, if applicable. Once we receive the defective or damaged item(s), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, whichever you prefer.
